Color SaMPLES
The initial stage of the stone creation process is color samples. Based on our formula collection and experience, we are able to submit color samples for approval. The color matching technique involves showing the texture of finished stone and creating a concrete mix formula for future casting. The formula will maintain the same hue in every batch. Sand and aggregate grains can be revealed by acid washing manufactured units or by allowing the texture to emerge from the mold (the base of an existing unit). We can match color and texture of all natural stones and terracotta units.
Molds fabrication
Creating molds base of existing stones or dimensions. Production process included repair existing stones, recreating non existing units, applying lines for flat surface pieces. Cooperation between experienced mold makers and sculptors brings finished product of the highest quality. Attention to details is our goal.
shop drawings
For the majority of projects, shop drawings are essential. The drawing set provides a detailed explanation of the whole project, including the scope of work, the specifics of the stones, including profiles, cross-sections, exposed faces, reinforcing, joint arrangement, and annotation of the different types of stones and their placement on the structure. Shop drawings become a legitimate document after being reviewed by the architect or contractor, which is a crucial step in the production sequence. Stones can be made based on that.
